A prayer for Key Workers
Loving Heavenly Father,
Thank you for our key workers – for those who are serving so sacrificially in this pandemic, day by day.
In times of danger, be their refuge and rock.
As exhaustion sets in, uphold them with your powerful hand.
In the face of trauma, bring their minds peace.
As they miss family and friends, surround them with your love.
In moments of grief, provide them with comfort.
And, as they face despair, lavish them with hope
So that they can know, even on the hardest of days, you are good and they are safe in your everlasting arms.
Amen
