The information you provide in this form will be processed under the legal basis of contract, and will be shared with the course administrators and the tutors of the Summer Intensive venue you are booking for. Your name, mobile phone number and any access/dietary requirements will be shared with the venue managers.

Registration forms are deleted after the Intensive. Administration records from the Intensive are kept for three years. We keep a record of students grades for the purpose of awarding certificates and monitoring standards.

The name and email address of applicants who accept a place on the course will be entered into Canvas, our secure online Learning Management System for the purpose of delivering the course material.

Students have access to the course material on Canvas for three months after the Intensive. Students papers may be retained by BCUK for the purpose of monitoring standards.

We process any Special Category Data that you provide under the Article 9 "not-for-profit-bodies" condition of the UK GDPR.
