2. Privacy

How we use your personal data.

We will collect personal information when you book for our conferences. We collect this information using an online form on our website which is protected by SSL encryption. All debit or credit card details which we receive via our website are passed securely to our payment processing partner which has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1.

We process the personal information you provide on the legal basis of contract. The information you provide is used to administer your booking. We will share any dietary or other requirements you provide with the conference centre for the purpose of enabling them to meet your needs.

We will collect the name and email address of each delegate in order to email information about the conference.

We will obtain the consent of each delegate to take photographs at the event which may be used (anonymously) in publicity and/or news to supporters.

We will contact those who book for a conference with details of future conferences on the basis of the “soft opt in”. This means that we will give bookers and delegates a simple way to opt out of future communications about conferences. We will do this when we collect your details and on every communication we send.

Consent for Photography/Video*

We may take photographs and/or video of the conference for use in publicity and information for our supporters. We would appreciate your consent for us to use your image (anonymously). You can give your consent below.

If you do NOT give your consent for your image to be used, we will take your photo when you arrive at the conference to enable us to exclude you from any future publicity. Without a photo of you to refer to, we cannot guarantee that your image will not appear in publicity.

4. Payment

Payment
You can pay using a debit or credit card. If you are paying the non-returnable deposit of £75, we will take the balance of payment on Monday 5th February 2024 from the same card, unless you instruct us otherwise.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received on or after Monday 5th February 2024 will be charged the full fee. Before this date we are able to offer a full refund, less the £75 deposit.

How to pay
